Brittnei Krafzig is director of operations for Tiny Mighty Communications. She is responsible for important operational activities including company and account systems and tools, facilities/office management, invoicing, accounts payable, client onboarding, company marketing, talent recruitment, employee onboarding/off boarding, and administrative management.

With over 19 years of experience in project management, traffic, and production, Brittnei has established a strong track record of guiding teams through complex, multifaceted projects. She has consistently led cross-functional teams, delivering innovative solutions for both clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.

In her recent roles, Brittnei has managed major projects, including the implimentation of new platforms and large-scale event planning. Her leadership and collaboration have been key in driving success and delivering impactful results in dynamic environments.

Brittnei grew up in Florida and enjoys traveling whenever she can. When she’s not working, you can find her at a local farmer’s market, hiking with her dog Winston, or catching up on her favorite true crime podcasts.
