THE CLIENT
GDM is a global plant genetics company based in Argentina with U.S. headquarters in Illinois.
THE TEE UP
GDM needed to improve internal communications and define a clear Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to better engage team members and support its business strategy. Tiny Mighty conducted a comprehensive research and evaluation project to set the foundation for stronger internal alignment and engagement.
THE STRATEGY
Tiny Mighty led an internal communications assessment designed to listen, analyze, and align future strategy to company goals. The team gathered insights from across the organization, evaluated tools and channels, and built a strategic framework to clarify messaging, strengthen leadership communication, and align regional teams under a unified EVP.
THE ACTION
- Employee Interviews: Held listening sessions with 16 leaders and collaborators across functions and regions to understand communication challenges / opportunities.
- Multi-Channel Audit: Assessed survey data, internal tools (apps, intranet, signage, newsletters, etc.), and content to identify strengths and gaps.
- Strategic Recommendations: Crafted a corporate message map, internal communications strategy and playbook, and succinct EVP in sync wth business goals and priorities.
THE RESULTS
GDM gained a clear internal communications roadmap to support its growth:
- A new EVP and message framework that reflect the company’s vision and aspirations.
- Clearer communication thanks to internal tools that promoted leaders as key communicators to their teams and helped build trust across regions and functions.
Early activations improved alignment and engagement across the entire organization.
