Allison Heard is an experienced public relations and marketing manager with a knack for strategic and creative thinking. Specializing in business-to-business communication, Allison has helped establish, protect and grow the presence of both large and small companies.

Prior to joining the Tiny Mighty team, Allison led content programs that boosted two startups to page one ranking on Google, developed strategic messaging that helped facilitate the merger of two century-old corporations, and sparked numerous industry conversations via bylines in Entrepreneur, Venturebeat and Adweek. She loves the challenge of transforming complex ideas into simple, relatable messaging and one day plans to use those skills to write an epic sci-fi novel.

Allison’s passion for stories can be traced back to preschool and continues to invade all aspects of her life. When not working, you’ll most likely find her in a hammock near a lake with a book and her dog, Zeus. On rare occasions, she revisits her previous life as a bartender and can be spotted serving overpriced drinks to the downtown Nashville crowds.
