Ariana Attigliato started Lynn HR Consulting with her mother and longtime HR professional, Jannis Muscato, in September 2020. Lynn HR Consulting focuses on supporting small to mid-size businesses with their human resources, recruiting and payroll needs. Their specialty is building a sustainable HR infrastructure, addressing employee concerns, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, and creating an amazing place for people to work.

Ariana moved to Tennessee in 2015 as a high school English teacher. She transitioned into Human Resources at RJ Young in Nashville in 2016. After her time with RJ Young, she moved to medical HR with Fresenius RX located in Franklin, TN prior to founding Lynn HR Consulting.

Ariana lives in Franklin with her adorable son. When she’s not working, she enjoys going to the movies, exploring places to hike, and trying new local restaurants.
