Molly has nearly 15 years of experience overseeing marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and strategizing to achieve clients’ marketing and communications objectives. She began her career in fundraising as an alumni relations coordinator in Baton Rouge, Louisiana before transitioning to advertising. She then went on to work for a global petrochemical company and two major energy companies in Houston, Texas. Her most recent experiences include running her own freelance communications consulting business and operating an Airbnb investment property in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This setup also allowed Molly to serve for a year and a half as the primary caregiver for her mom with Alzheimer’s disease.

Molly’s specialties include external and internal communications, digital communications, brand identity and awareness, executive communications, thought leadership, change management, project management and corporate social responsibility. She also has a deep passion for content creation, distribution, and performance analysis.

Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Molly, and her Texas-born husband Jordan, are graduates from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!) They have two adorable kids, Parker, 7 and Ellie, 3 and a grumpy old dog named Banana. Outside of work, Molly enjoys her volunteer role as a girls’ basketball coach and as a board member for Alzheimer’s Services of the Capital Area. She also enjoys drinking a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful view of the lake from their back porch.
