Work With Us
Industrial brands. Hard problems. Real stakes.
Tiny Mighty Communications is built for people who want to understand how products are made, how industries move and how communications can support real business priorities. We ask boldly, listen carefully, share responsibility and operate like our names are on the door.
WORK WITH US
Do meaningful work with curious, capable people who care about the details, the relationships and the outcome.
WORK WITH US
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Values. Beliefs. Standards.
Our culture is built on seven values, each paired with a belief and a clear standard for how we show up.
We value Curiosity, Rigor, Ingenuity, Courage, Ownership, Candor and Collective effort. That means digging deeper, pressure testing the work, finding a way, acting boldly without being reckless, creating work worthy of both names, saying the hard thing and remembering we are better together. We expect people to live these standards with clients and one another.
THE PEOPLE YOU WILL WORK WITH
Smart, generous people who bring different strengths to the table.
Our teams include strategists, account leaders, writers, researchers, digital specialists, creatives and subject-matter experts.
People are expected to own their work, ask for help early and contribute beyond a narrow job description. Senior leaders are accessible. Teammates share context, pitch in when priorities shift and recognize that the best client work is almost always a team effort.
OUR TEAM CULTURE
High standards without unnecessary theater.
We take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
Expect candid conversations, practical problem-solving, regular collaboration and room for personality. We celebrate good work, learn from misses and protect a culture where people can contribute, grow and be heard. Shared celebrations and informal time together help relationships develop beyond the project list.
THE OFFICE AND HOW WE WORK
A connected home base with flexibility when the work allows.
Our Nashville office is designed for collaboration, client work and the conversations that are easier in person.
We value the energy of being together while recognizing that focused work sometimes happens elsewhere. Work arrangements depend on role, performance, client needs and team priorities. Wherever the work happens, people are expected to be responsive, prepared and connected to the team.
BENEFITS THAT SUPPORT THE WHOLE PERSON
Competitive benefits, meaningful time away and support for different stages of life.
Eligible employees receive a benefits package designed to support health, financial wellbeing and time away from work.
Current offerings include medical, dental and vision coverage; a 401(k) plan; short- and long-term disability coverage; optional supplemental policies; paid holidays; paid time off that grows with tenure; and paid parental leave for eligible employees. Specific eligibility, coverage and plan terms are provided during the hiring process and governed by the applicable plan documents.
GROW WITH THE WORK
More responsibility should create more opportunity.
We want capable people to build expertise, confidence and leadership—not simply complete assignments.
Development happens through direct feedback, stretch opportunities, professional development and an annual performance and development process. We encourage people to deepen a specialty while becoming versatile enough to understand how the full communications system works.
OPEN ROLES
We look for thoughtful communicators, strong collaborators and naturally curious people who are comfortable with complex subject matter. Industrial experience is valuable, but a demonstrated willingness to learn deeply and work responsibly matters just as much.
Communications Manager
The Communications Manager will interact directly with corporate/industrial clients to deliver a variety of strategic marketing and communications programs. Tiny Mighty addresses client needs with a 360-degree approach to reputation and positioning. This role has a heavy emphasis on traditional PR activities, including earned media strategy, media pitch development, and relationship building with journalists. Media analysis and monitoring for insights are also critical functions of this position, as well as social media strategy development and execution. This role will have a heavy emphasis on project management and also ensure that all client materials present a clear, unified, and positive image for the organization and/or brand.
We’re looking for someone who sees the big picture without missing the details. Curiosity is required, as is speaking up and asking the right questions. Don’t love writing? Then this is not the job for you. You must be good at problem solving, excel at pitching stories, and enjoy interacting with the media. This is not an entry-level role. 5-7 years experience working in PR, Communications and/or Marketing is required. This position is full-time in the office and reports to the Vice President of Tiny Mighty Communications.
Digital Performance Manager
Tiny Mighty Communications is looking for an experienced Digital Performance Manager to join our growing team in Brentwood/Nashville. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how paid media, paid search, website performance, content strategy, and analytics work alongside a robust earned media strategy to support business growth.
We’re a boutique communications agency, which means every team member plays an important role. The right person for this position is analytical, proactive, digitally fluent, client-savvy, and comfortable moving between strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization. You should be as comfortable managing campaigns and updating website content as you are interpreting performance data and presenting recommendations to clients.
