Coordinator – MarComms
The Marketing Communications Coordinator supports multiple functions within our agency, providing valuable support across PR, social media, and event planning, with special emphasis on the B2B manufacturing sector. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable to fast-paced changes, and motivated to grow their career in marketing communications. This role offers a hands-on education in a collaborative environment where curiosity and initiative are essential. This is an hourly paid position. This is a three-month assignment with the possibility of extending an additional three months or potential promotion to a Marketing Communications Associate role based on performance.
Senior Associate – Marcomms
The Senior Marketing Communications Associate will interact directly with corporate/industrial clients to deliver a variety of strategic marketing and communications programs. Tiny Mighty addresses client needs with a 360-degree approach to reputation and positioning. This role has a heavy emphasis on traditional PR activities, including earned media strategy, byline development, media pitch development, and relationship building with journalists. Media analysis and monitoring for insights are also critical functions of this position, as well as social media strategy development and execution. This role will have a heavy emphasis on project management and also ensure that all client materials present a clear, unified, and positive image for the organization and/or brand.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, passionate about PR & Marketing, skilled in technical writing, comfortable managing client relationships, and exceptional at project management. You must be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible when things change, and possess a strong attention to detail. This is not an entry-level role. 3-5 years of experience managing client relationships in-house and/or in an agency environment is required. This position is full-time and will report to a Senior Marketing Communications Manager.
